BOLZへ。
1級1本、2級数本程度の成果。
自分が体力に問題を抱えている事を認めざるをえない。
30分も登ればもうよれて仕方がない。
年齢的な問題なのか自分の登りこみが足りないのかは不明だけど頑張るしかない。
