山形西蔵王公園でオリエンテーリング。
西蔵王公園は初めてだけど素晴らしい場所。
家族連れにも最適。

リフティングでウォーミングアップ。
最高31回だったけど、ウォーミングアップ以上に消耗。
本日の結果は真ん中より後ろでした。
